Kansas City Temple

A temple has been announced in the Shoal Creek development of Kansas City, just a few miles from LDSreview headquarters.

We are grateful for the blessing of a House of the Lord so close to home. To share our enthusiasm for the new temple, we will update this page with progress and photos of the new temple.

Temple Details

• Target Completion: 2011 (three years)
• Location: West side of I-435 at Shoal Creek Parkway
• Layout:: 2-50 (two 50-seat endowment rooms)
• Design: Similar to the Twin Falls Idaho (picture right)
